Od jakiegoś czasu można usłyszeć głosy wieszczące koniec, zasługującej już na miano tradycyjnej, reklamy bannerowej w internecie. Nie odkryję Ameryki stwierdzeniem, że współczesna sieć zalewana jest terabajtami reklam, pojawiających się w niemal każdym zakątku większości serwisów www. Nie dziwi zatem fakt, iż mamy w efekcie do czynienia z postępującym uodparnianiem się odbiorców na ten typ promocji.
Dla sporej grupy internautów (w tym niżej podpisanego) pola wydzielone na kolorowe bannery reklamowe stają się w większości przypadków martwymi obszarami, które nie przebijają się zbyt skutecznie do świadomości. Dodatkowo, wiele osób stosuje „wspomagacze” swoich naturalnych filtrów, w postaci najprzeróżniejszych adblocków. Czy więc nadchodzi definitywny kres takiej formy reklamy? Dzisiejsza wizyta w serwisie Goldenline skłoniła mnie do stwierdzenia, że być może nie. Światełkiem nadziei dla reklamy bannerowej może stać się indywidualizowanie przekazu, aby ten „przemówił” do przebywającego przed ekranem komputera użytkownika.
Najlepszą ilustracją – jak w większości przypadków – będzie konkretny przykład. Dziś, po zalogowaniu się na Goldenline, Coca-Cola zwróciła się do mnie po imieniu! Na głównej stronie przywitał mnie duży banner tego producenta napojów, który zaprosił moich goldenline’owych kumpli wraz z moją skromną osobą do „potrząśnięcia Ameryką”. Sympatycznie, prawda? Oczywiście taka indywidualizacja przekazu reklamowego znana jest już od jakiegoś czasu, jednakże dotychczas nie spotkałem się z jej szerszym wykorzystaniem. Pojawiały się jedynie wycelowane we mnie proste reklamy tekstowe w formie linków i na próżno było szukać przygotowanych w ten sposób ciekawszych kreacji bannerowych. W tym przypadku, oprócz sztampowego zwrócenia się do użytkownika po imieniu, zdecydowano się na wykorzystanie losowych – dobranych jedynie ze względu na płeć – wizerunków dodanych do listy znajomych osób. Sztuczka prosta, a potrafi z typowego, niczym nie wyróżniającego się i potwornie dłuuuugiego bannera uczynić przyciągającą wzrok animację.
Można oczywiście przyczepić się i stwierdzić, że pozbawiony nadmiaru reklam Goldenline sprzyja zauważaniu reklam przez jego użytkowników. Pojawienie się tego typu bannerów w zaśmieconym dziesiątkami innych animacji portalu, może spowodować ich niezauważenie przez internautów. Prawda. Należy mieć jednak świadomość, że zwracanie się bezpośrednio do odbiorcy reklamy stanowi jedynie lekko uchyloną furtkę, która dopiero musi zostać szeroko otwarta przez marketerów.
Na koniec należą się jeszcze dwa słowa wyjaśnienia. Z racji na fakt, iż należę do grupy osób, którą można określić mianem „Nasza Klasa negative”, przez co nie śledzę na bieżąco pojawiających się tam reklam, stawiam graniczącą z pewnością tezę, że zindywidualizowane pod kątem użytkowników bannery funkcjonują również na najpopularniejszej w naszym kraju społecznościówce.
