Organizacja pomagająca ofiarom domowej przemocy – Women’s Aid, przygotowała przejmujące spoty ze znaną m.in. z Piratów z Karaibów Keirą Knightley.
W dwuminutowym klipie pt. „Cut Movie” aktorka, po powrocie do domu, zostaje brutalnie zaatakowana przez swojego partnera, upada na ziemię, a mężczyzna zaczyna ją kopać. Po chwili następuje „odjazd” kamery, dzięki czemu widz może się przekonać, że zarówno ofiara jak i jej kat znajdują się na pustym planie filmowym. Film kończy się pytaniem „Czy to już nie czas aby ktoś powiedział cięcie?”
Spot wyświetlany jest w kinach oraz w telewizji od 2 kwietnia, a przygotowany został przez 50-osobowy zespół, który – podobnie jak Keira – nie pobrał za swoją pracę żadnego wynagrodzenia. Nie trzeba chyba dodawać, że celem kampanii jest zwrócenie uwagi na problem przemocy domowej oraz brak reakcji w przypadku spotkania się z tym zjawiskiem.
Myślę, że ten krótki film jest na tyle sugestywny, że nie wymaga ode mnie żadnego dodatkowego komentarza.
