Wybory do Parlamentu Europejskiego już za pasem. Miałem nadzieję, że w trakcie tej kampanii wyborczej będący na usługach polskich partii politycznych spece od marketingu wykażą się kreatywnością, a my będziemy w efekcie świadkami jakichś ciekawych internetowych zagrywek. Przeliczyłem się… Światełko nadziei pojawiło się dopiero w momencie, kiedy spin doktorski duet Kamiński-Bielan zaczął korzystać z Twittera.
Zanim przejdę do sedna, pozwolę sobie na jeden, pełen truizmów, akapit. Co warunkuje sukces marketingowy w internecie? Jest to dialog. Sieć nie jest medium, które oddziela odbiorcę od nadawcy szklanym ekranem, uniemożliwiającym wysyłanie komunikatów zwrotnych. Aby zdobyć serca internautów trzeba ich zaangażować. Wykreować dla nich świat, a następnie pozwolić im wejść w niego, aktywnie uczestniczyć i zmieniać. Tutaj komunikacja nie jest jednokierunkowa. Trzeba również umieć słuchać.
Politycy, przyzwyczajeni jedynie do trybu nadawania, ignorują ten fakt, pozostając na swoim niedostępnym piedestale. Jeśli pojawiają się w sieci, jest to często obecność przypominająca słonia w składzie porcelany.
Wydawać by się mogło, że świadomość tej „oczywistej oczywistości” – tj. komunikacji, na której opiera się globalna sieć – powinni mieć kreowani na guru polskiego PR-u politycznego Adam Bielan i Michał Kamiński. Cóż… Świadomość zakiełkowała dopiero po pewnym czasie. Pierwsze chwile obecności wymienionych panów na Twitterze nie napawały optymizmem.
W ciągu pierwszych dni działalności spłodzili oni jedynie kilka wpisów. Nie mieli również co liczyć na odpowiedź użytkownicy, którzy zdecydowali się za pomocą mikrobloga przesłać do nich wiadomość. Coś drgnęło dopiero w ostatni poniedziałek. Jak na zawołanie obydwaj odkryli, że – uwaga – mikroblog służy do komunikacji. Pojawiające się tam wpisy przestały być naładowane negatywnym przesłaniem (jaka ta Platforma jest zła i śmieszna), zaczęły się pojawiać częściej. Jak na komendę zaczęli nawet odpisywać użytkownikom. Wyglądało to tak, jakby legendarni spin doktorzy poszli po poradę do innego specjalisty – e-spin doktora, który wyjaśnił im „z czym to się je”.
Mając w pamięci wykorzystanie potencjału internautów w trakcie ubiegłorocznej kampanii Baracka Obamy należy jednak stwierdzić, że polski e-marketing polityczny wciąż nie jest nawet w fazie alpha. Może następna kampania wyborcza będzie lepsza.
A tak swoją drogą, to w ciągu ostatnich tygodni obserwujemy prawdziwy wysyp „twittujących” czy „blipujących”. Mam wrażenie, że jest to efekt publikacji w kilku magazynach (na przełomie kwietnia/maja pojawiło się kilka artykułów, mikroblogi opisał m.in. Press). Chyba, że to po prostu taka zadziwiająca zbieżność w czasie… :)
